Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that focuses on the development of core strength, through flowing movements.
The initial comprehensive examination identifies areas of movement dysfunction which determines the exercises included in your program using pilates equipment.
Exercise programs focus specifically on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility and breathing.
