Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that focuses on the development of core strength, through flowing movements.

The initial comprehensive examination identifies areas of movement dysfunction which determines the exercises included in your program using pilates equipment.

Exercise programs focus specifically on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility and breathing.

Group classes; maximum of 6 participants.

Program supervised by your own physiotherapists.

Private Health insurance rebate available.

Pilates programs can be designed for people of all ages and fitness levels because of its variability and low impact nature.

It is particularly useful for back and pelvic pain, shoulder pain and sports injuries as well as being excellent for improving overall strength and flexibility.
